We are inviting our Evergreen Club members and activity clubs to donate handmade items, crafts, art and bake goods for this fundraiser. Do you have any handmade jewelry, crafts, photography, art, jams, candy or bake goods you could donate to our sale to help make this event in November a big success?

Calling All Bakers!

We are looking for donations of homemade baked goods, treats and preserves to sell at our bake table. Please bring your donation to the Evergreen Lounge between 8:30 am & 4:30 pm on Tuesday, November 14 or before 10:00 am on Wednesday, November 15. Donations should be packaged and ready to be sold.

Call Out for Display Items

We are looking for donations or items to borrow for the EG Christmas Craft Market. Items like cupcake towers, tiered stands, mug trees and baskets or other items that would work well to display items at the Market would be greatly appreciated.

Vendor Table Opportunity

Current Evergreen Members can rent a table to sell their homemade crafts, baking and preserves for only $20 at our Craft Market. These tables allow vendors to keep their own revenue. Please register for your vendor table (6 foot banquet table - max 2 per person) at the Filberg Centre office.
