Volunteer
With 1600 members and growing, we currently have over 150 volunteers!
Volunteering is a great way to meet new people and become more involved in the club. Volunteering also helps out the club, as many aspects are managed by its members.
All the income collected by the individual clubs within the Evergreen family and by the Evergreen Lounge food services and special events are invested back into the club to pay for expenses and buy new equipment.
To get started, fill out a Volunteer Registration Form and submit to the Filberg Centre front counter, or in person or by email to Cathy Audia (email address below). Thank you!

Special Event Convenors
Do you have an idea for a special event you would like to plan? With the support of the Evergreen Staff you can see your idea come to life. Special Events not only raise funds for the club, but they also create opportunities for our members to have an enjoyable and memorable experience. If you are organized and up for the task, we would love to hear from you.
Meet and Greet Volunteers
The Meet and Greet Group, which meets on the first Wednesday of the month is looking for more help! Their organizing committee has had several members who had to step down. Would you be interested in being part of this vital committee and help keep this active Activity Club going? They need people who would like to help with some of the different aspects of running their monthly meetings. Volunteers on the committee help organize guest speakers, arrange outings, manage the group contact list and more. There is even an opening for the Activity Club rep, a great job for someone who likes to organize and delegate!
