Volunteer
With 2000 members and growing, we currently have over 150 volunteers!
Volunteering is a great way to meet new people and become more involved in the club. Volunteering also helps out the club, as many aspects are managed by its members.
All the income collected by the individual clubs within the Evergreen family and by the Evergreen Lounge food services and special events are invested back into the club to pay for expenses and buy new equipment.
To get started, fill out a Volunteer Registration Form and submit to the Filberg Centre front counter, or in person or by email to Cathy Audia (email address below). Thank you!

Short Term Fundraising Committee
The Evergreen Club is forming a short-term Fundraising Committee to come up with new ideas for major fundraisers. Do you have experience or ideas for raising funds for a non-profit organization, or suggestions that worked well for other organizations you have seen or you have supported? Do you have time to attend three or four meetings this fall to discuss ideas? If you answered yes to any of these questions, the Evergreen Club could use your help! Crafters Wanted
The Evergreen Club has received a donation of 2 tables at the upcoming Fiesta Craft Market on Saturday, November 21st and Sunday, November 22nd. We are looking for donations of crafts to be sold at the market. Inexpensive Christmas decorations are preferred, but other new crafts are appreciated as well. All proceeds benefit the Evergreen Club. Please drop off your donations to Cathy’s office between November 16-19.
Kitchen Callers
You can volunteer for the Evergreen Club without even leaving your house! We are looking for volunteers willing to field calls from our Kitchen Volunteers and then place calls to fill a vacant position. Volunteer callers typically receive 2-4 phone calls after regular office hours each month.
Kitchen Volunteers
We can always use another helping hand in the kitchen. If you would like a chance to immerse yourself in the EG Club, volunteering in the kitchen is a great place to start! As a thank you, Kitchen Volunteers receive some sweet perks! Commitment starts at just three shifts a month. All training is provided, including Food Safe, if interested.
