The Evergreen Club is a program of the Courtenay Recreational Association (CRA) which is our parent nonprofit organization.
You can make a one-time gift or choose to donate monthly. It’s safe and easy to do on the Canada Helps secure website.
Consider a gift in honour of a loved one for a special occasion.
Canada Helps will automatically issue a tax receipt for you for any donation amounts over $25.
Learn more about the different ways you can donate below.
Donate by Credit Card
We have an online donation portal (operated through Canada Helps). This is the easiest and most secure method to make a financial donation, and a charitable tax receipt will be generated and e-mailed to you shortly after your donation for amounts over $25. Donations by credit card can also be done in person at the Evergreen Club with the Executive Director.
Donate by Cheque
If you would like to donate by cheque, you can mail it to us (our mailing address is at the bottom of the page) or drop it off in person to the Vergreen Club office at the Filberg Centre. A tax receipt will be mailed to you for donation amounts over $25. Please be certain that the correct name and mailing address are on the cheque, or on the envelope containing the cheque. Cheques can be made out to "Courtenay Recreational Association” (which is the parent non-profit organization to the Evergreen Club).
Donate by Cash
If you would like to donate by cash, please drop it off in person to the Evergreen Club office at the Filberg Centre. If you would like a tax receipt (for amounts over $25), be certain the correct name and mailing address are on the envelope containing the cash.
